Many bloggers actually are using this method to bring in a lot of traffic within a short period of time. Unfortunately this method will not last for long because there will always be other website or blog which can build a much better concentration keywords. It is just a matter of time for other blog or website to knock you down from the top search ranking. Besides, it will be very difficult to create good quality content without having to consider specific keywords usage. In other words, you can write better without the restriction of keywords usage. In my opinion, it is better to just focus on creating good quality content. The variety of keywords usage will increases and this is actually a good thing. That means a lot of people from different fields are able to reach your blog from search engine. Although this method will not bring in a lot of traffic in a short period of time, it can generate a stable traffic once your blog accumulated enough content. This is one of the reasons bloggers are advice to keep on blogging because eventually your blog will starts generating enough traffic to make money online.
