Blogging is not about pursuing for the truth or the right things. You are actually free to blog about false information or even talk about the wrong stuff. Blog is basically a platform for people to state their opinion or voice their thoughts. The effects of what you are blogging is actually the main focus. One of the many effects is to be able to make money out from it. Before you are able to get to the point which money is able to convert from your blog, you will have to get as many people as you can to check out your blog. So the big question is how do you get people to check out your blog?
If you are trying to get people to check out your blog, it really doesn’t matter how you write your content as long as it is able to attract people. Thus language fluency is not a must but at least people are required to understand what you are writing. You may write positive or negative reviews, detail analysis, statistic research, elaborate the truth or even provide false information. But regardless of what action you decided to take, it comes with consequences. Driving a lot of traffic to your blog is one point, the effects which comes later matters. If Google does not like what you are blogging, your site ranking might be penalize. If people do not like what you are writing, they might file complaints and try to shut down your blog. But if you are trying to make money from your blog, you can’t offend people who read your blog and Google. You need to write something which interest people and probably they might return again and again for further readings. It is about writing something interesting which people will want to follow. This is why right or wrong does not apply as long as the content is able to stir up curiosity of a certain party. As for Google, you just have to make sure that you do not go against their rules and regulations.
Here is one point which I’m not so sure about. We know that blog is a place which we can share our personal opinion or thoughts. Nobody will mind too much about it if we only have couple of readers daily. But once our blog starts gaining popularity and receiving thousands of readers daily, our personal opinion and thoughts might affect a lot of people. Thus it might not be personal any more.
